Good for bulking and when on the road:
You need:
-Whey (choco or banana)
-Expanded brown rice (or white)
-Peanut butter (natty )
-Some milk
-Coconut flakes
Mix that shit up & roll around in the coconut flakes then get some tin foil or grease proof paper and pack to go...Dont put too much milk in the whey and PB and rice when you mix it or it will not hold shape and will run...Make it dry like dough for bread...Instead of the expanded rice you could use oats but it tastes much better with the rice...grind in some wallnuts or dried and cut up fruit for extra flavor...
Make a cake by making one big peice and shaping it in to a cake and spray some cream on top its very good ...Alex
