Rather than have a bunch of threads about this same topic, I figured we could just consilidate everything into one thread and post pics.

I went with Lucian and he placed 8th in the lightheavies. I will let him tell you all about his views on successes and mistakes, but I will say that he made a HUGE upgrade in his physique from the Bodyrock last year.

I just got home and havent had too much sleep, and need to get my diet in order, but I will be posting a bunch of pics later on this evening or tomorrow evening.

Magnum: I got your PM just now and left before you sent, so with no internet access I couldnt call you. Next time for sure though.

Ronnie was huge but he was not as conditioned as Jay was this weekend and I think Jay was actually bigger this time around.

Lucian looked way better in the night show. Ive no doubt that he'll dial in better and on time for the Lehigh.

The figure competition was awesome and stacked. Some of the amateurs looked like pros. It was also very surprising how so many competitors (Am AND Pro) didnt have basics down like moving your hair, not leaning and sitcking your ass out when standing in the heals, walking gracefully with the heals, etc.

Oh and I have a mad crush on Jessica Holt. She has awesome teeth and I officially love her. Here are her pics:

nice job on the post sesss.
well you live and lear and i learned not to cut sodium and carb up w yams.
i was dry and hard as hell friday night at weigh ins and cam in at 197.5 lb. just under the cuttoff. cut my sodium,and wanter and boom....dry in the morning, had some sugar and sodium before prejusde and ....to late, an hour after i was off stage i had veins averywhere, and dryed out. also i used the jantana oil, and it went on too slick. i was washed out and flat. i did make improvements from last year but i missed the peak by a mile.
i have 3 weeks till the next show and i now am going to shitload and do what has worked in the past to make me full and hard. dissapointine but fueling me for the next battle, i return to the gym tomorow with a new plan.


i met pumpnputman,...what a nice dude. a real class act. and thick as hell. i have no idea how he is going to be a lt heavy in 12 weeks.
we chatted for a bit and he was real cool.

jay was not only bigger but harder than ronnie, and as far as his symetry problem...it is nonexistant at this time.
im beat and gota work tomorow so ill post more w pics from the night before and some fromtoday(im harder and fuller and freakier .) and have some other pics.
i want to thank sessumaru for the suppor,lilkoreangirl for everyhting and Rich sieglman who did my diet and is agreat friend also. watch for him at the usa's in the middle wt class.

Good luck at the A town in 3 weeks

Good luck in three weeks at that show. I didnt do as well as i wanted I weighed 196 finished 4 in lhw. I thought you had real good size. Im doing the show in philly in 2 weeks. are you in dc area. Also I did the allentown last year

cool man you were there? why didnt you tell me? damn man pm bros gotta stick together. yup 2 weeks and the leighigh valley, gna tighten up and i learned a few things this time.
4th is good man, the top 5 looked real tight, it was close all the way.
196 is a good wt bro, i do live in the dc area, just drop me a pm and maybe we can train sometime.

Hey lucian, you got three weeks to pull it back together man. That is very doable when you are already there. You just need to forget the sodium thing, too complicated. You said it right in your previous post, do what you have done in the past, it worked then and it will work now. You def missed your peak but hey we all do this from time to time. You will be in better condition and dryer for the next one. Good luck and post up the pics bro.
