Figured I would start this for each and every one of us to report into everyday and share with one another what we did today. Of course no one gives a shit about weights (unless your powerlifting) but at least we can tell each other what all we did in the gym that day. I haven't trained yet, but this is what I will do today.

Chest:

Bench Press
Incline Hammer strength
Incline plate loaded flye machine
pec deck

B/O T-bar rows (neutral grip) pyramided threw 3 sets fo warm ups, then 1 all out set to failure -> 1 min rest then did a 2nd set to failure

Supinated grip pulldown 1 warm up, 1 set to failure -> 1 min rest then did a 2nd set to failure to failure

Wide grip pulldows to from 1 set tp failure

B/O smith machine row 2 warm ups, 1 set to failure

Seated 1 arm db preacher curls 1 little strenuous set, then 1 set to failure

Seated alternating db hammer curls

Tuesday i did chest-shoulders and tri's..

Hammer flat bench: 3 warm ups, 1 med of 12 reps and 1 heavy of 4 reps

dumbell raises 2 warm ups and 2 heavy of 6 reps superseted with upright rows

one arm push down 3 warm ups and 1 med and 1 heavy 5 reps with a drop set

all done...eat and grow
 
Today was legs, or quads rather:

Leg extension's just to warm up things a little
Smith Front squats
Hack Squats
Dumbbell Lunges
 
Today was chest, arms, and back

Flat bench
Close-grip bench
Pushdowns
Close-grip pulldowns
Wide-grip pulldowns
Seated cable rows
BB curls
Lower cable curls
 
cardio day, no weights. walked 1.5 miles with 60 vest.
 
Today was arms,

Barbell curls (strip set on last set)
Seated alternate db curls ( on these I have always had some trouble, well with any db movement actually. I always feel something pulling in my rear delt/shoulder area, sometimes it gets so bad I can't finish my set. What can I do to fix this?)
