been off for about a month (totallY, no bridging BS), did clomid for 2 weeks and no have been totally clean for 2 weeks. normally I gain about 8-10 lbs and keep about 5-7 lbs each cycle (now my cycle was 1cc of 250 enth with 2cc of Equipoise 400mg a week) stated at 226 got to 236lbs now usually I'll hold it for about 5-6 weeks then Its about 1 lb a week drop for about another 5-6 weeks then after about 10-12 weeks I'm done dropping and hold what I have. Well I have been doing cardio for 20 min. every other day, been alittle more strict with the diet, I get on the scale, and 240 lbs! I'm like WTF! so I goto the gym in crofton today, get on there scales, and they both say 239-240lbs like the scale at my house showed! Has this happened to anyone else, and can you explain it? or am I just a lucky fuck!:D

I think this goes along with KIWI's theory.... Def. something to be said about cardio and keeping muscle.

cardio is very important and aids capillary development and slin sensitivity

cardio is the opposite for me, i cant be over 200lbs and still do regular amounts of cardio
