Protein. Yes protein is in itself a mild thermogenic. Your body has to burn calories to process and digest it. This generates a mild thermogenic effect.

She is looking more for a fat burner she is taking in a lot protein right now, she on a keto style diet....

Most fat burners have caffiene or some other equivelent. You will be hard pressed to find one that does not have some sort of stimulant.

You can try synthetine from synthetek. While it is not thermogenic it will help burn more fat. Used IM though! But a great product for dieting.

Thanks but pinning is not a option (FEAR), and she even had to give up caffeine because of anxeity, but might be a option for me..

Look for some acetyl l-tyrosine or acetyl l-carnitine... both provide a real sense of well-being.

Ephedrine has always helped my mood tremendously, making me motivated like nothing else. No anxiety signs reported on it.

I have suffered from panic anxiety and high dose tyrosine and/or phenylalanine have triggered anxiety attacks. On meds I handle them fine. Those aminos can lower serotonin. High dose BCAA's can do that too.

Green Tea can be a nice thermogenic without causing anxiety if the extract doesn't contain a lot of caffeine. Could even add some extra theanine for a relaxant effect.

I am sensitive to stims also. What I can handle is green tea extract, ALCAR. ALRI Venom Hyperdrive didn't cause me anxiety problems when I tried it, but I certain "feel" it.

....

I have found good success with these products, I was very surprised.

yeah they are pretty good. one thing i noticed is how warm i was all the time even when sleeping while i was on them.
deccent product. not a magic wand for fat loss but, pretty good.

god bless
lucian

USP's Recreate looks good, anybody try it?

Usnic acid or DNP typically dont give the user the stimulant anxiety effect that some drugs or supplement do.

I def wouldn't recommend dnp. The stuff is poison, way too harsh on the body.

I wouldn't use either but usnic acid looks to be more toxic than DNP. I would probably do low dose DNP before usnic acid. Apparently you can do a real low dose for a pretty good effect.

It is true that DNP is a "metabolic poison" because it interferes with energy production. In this sense, it is "toxic" to energy production. But this is what makes the drug work and is why people take it. Interestingly, this specific "poisonous" effect is not even a health concern. At high concentrations, DNP is not harmful because of ATP depletion. The body readily adapts to the change in energy status. Rather, the danger comes from the excessive generation of heat from the uncoupling. With proper dosing, however, this is not an issue. As a metabolic "poison" DNP mimics the effects of natural uncoupling proteins and acts as a pure thermogenic.

You can't make a blanket statement that DNP is "way too harsh on the body". With low doses, there's often a profound increase in metabolic rate with minimal side effects. Most people are unaware that DNP has many protective effects and putative health benefits owing to its mechanism of action. For example, there are several studies on DNP showing neuroprotection, attenuated damage in contusion and ischemia/reperfusion, extension of lifespan in certain organisms, and clearly reduced production of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species. Does DNP have risks? Certainly. But to paint it as a "poison" that's unequivocally "way too harsh on the body" is very shortsighted.
