Think i pulled something or Hurt myself.. need help please..

So i did bi's and tri's 2 days ago. The inside of my arm like the elbow but where it bends hurts really really bad, i am in pain every time it stretches. Does anyone know if i pulled a tendon, ligament, muscle or something?? :confused:
 
way too early to tell that

i have pain like this 2 days after EVERY workout

after a week and it still bothers you, you prolly did stress something

no discolor or swollen????.......then i think your fine
 
I agree with Tenny. I would like to add that if it's torn, you would likely see it change in shape immediately, happened to a guy who tore his bicep in front of me. It looked as if his biceps shortened and had more peak.

Also check for discoloration, or bruising I should say. I would give it a couple of days but if it is severe pain and discomfort; better safe than sorry, go see a doc and find out before causing further damage or tearing. But likely it will go away in a day or two.

You may have pulled something, but this just requires rest. If you tore something (not sure what area you are describing exactly) then you would probably see blood discoloration by now if it was two days ago. A bi tear will be visibly noticeable as stated above almost every time so if it all looks intact and you don't have visible discoloration (from blood coming out from the actual tear) you probably just have a pull or just extra soreness and either way just rest, meaning no pulling or pushing until it feels better or you may turn it into a tear. If you are on a strong cycle be careful, as you may be overloading your connective tissue.

Rest and Ice if its a pull or inflammation like tendonitis.
