I read an article by Chris Cormier on RXMuscle and he said that back in the day, in was the big thing going around Golds Gym Vennice. However, he said it used to come in an injectable version (from France) and it worked much better than the topical version. It intrigued me, so I did a bit of research on it and found that you can still buy it online, but Im pretty sure most brands are missing an important ingredient that used to be in the original version.
On a similar topic, I remember seeing a video of Jay Cutler and he said that pre-contest he would rub preparation H on his stomach and wrap seran-arap around his stomach and then doing cardio...supposedly it reduces water retention around the gut....
