THAT'S GOOD.....YOU CAN BE BIG SOME DAY. I ALSO THINK IT'S SMART TO WAIT ON THE DRUGS OR NOT DO THEM AT ALL UNTIL YOU'VE LIFTED FOR YEARS DRUG FREE. MANY GUYS ON HERE CAN HELP YOU LEARN....THERE ARE SOME FUN KNOWLEGEABLE PEOPLE ON THIS BOARD. CLEAN UP YOUR DIET SO YOU CAN REALLY SEE WHAT YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES ARE. GOOD WORK SO FAR! HAHAHA....YEAH, AND A LITTLE PRACTICE POSING IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA MIGHT HELP YOU DISPLAY YOUR PHYSIQUE TO BETTER ADVANTAGE!

Unless you are going to compete, I wouldn't worry about posing. It is kinda gay, although, it's a neccessary evil. But then again, those whities look queerish with that wee wee pokin out. Anyhoo, good luck. BTW, I am jokin wifya.

Jethro hit the nail on the head. I'd learn the nutrition part of the equation - you'll gain a lot doing this first. There are several effective workout methods outlined in the board - Phil's, Big A, Lats & Magoo, DC's, HST, etc.
Nobody is trying to discourage you from using juice. We just want to you to get the biggest bang for your buck - which is what we're sharing with you. I didn't feel the need to juice until I was 33.
