thoughts on bloat for first cycle

i am thinkin well in advance for my first cycle and have been playing around with ideas for a while .....after careful consideration i want to keep it to one compound when and if i start..... originally i was going to do test e and EQ .... i want to look hard and dry for the summer as that is my goal with my first cycle..... however i always seem to get sides with whatever i take soo i want to keep it as safe as possible..... i was thinking 500mg test e to 12 weeks alone with hcg starting on week 3-4 to protect the boys.... now my question to you guys is.... what would you do to keep me from bloating on cycle??....i heard that armosin is good at a small amount ed/eod.... and in case gyno pops up i should have nolva on hand (naturally)..... i have also heard that some people are naturally low in estrogen and to use a anti- e during cycle would cause sides from not having enough ...... like i sed gents.....i want to keep this as safe as possible and am planning way in advance......

p.s. i was reading on the board that hcg can cause serious hives???? how often does this happen or is this like a food allergy.. any info you would like to share would greatly be appreciated thank you

My 1st 2 cycles were eq only with pct (I was then around 32, 215lbs, and had been working out for about 14 years). Not getting you big, but I did look really lean/athletic.

If I were to do the first 2 cycles over, I would have done test prop (100mg) eod for weeks 1-4, test e (500mg) for weeks 1-12, and eq (500mg) for weeks 1-10. Would have also run adex .25 ed or eod for weeks 1-14 and HCG (500iu) a week for weeks 8-14, with pct to follow a few days after for 4 weeks. That's just me though. The adex has been good for many in keeping the water/bloat weight off, but you have to experiment to see what dose works best for you.

As an aside, I wouldn't have touched gear before age 23-24.

Also, have no idea about the hives.
 
Without knowing your stats we can however assume 500mg test e weekly is on the safe side, even if for a first cycle you could even have started with as low as one 250mg amp and still gotten pretty good results IMO.

12.5mg Aromasin eod should do the trick as far as estro sides go (gyno/bloat). At that dose it shouldn't suppress your estro production that much so that you need to worry about too low levels.

Seems like you did your homework and want to play it safe. Wise! Good luck whatever your decision may be. :)
 
thanks for the answer....i was thinking of going 250mg ....but most people told me that i will regret not starting with 500mg...stats 5,8 180 right around 10% abs visable.....


i really want to stay way from prop the first cycle i dont want to feel like a pin cushion and being that i am not used to shooting i dont want to pin that requently

^^^^^at that weight, and for your 1st cycle, you should be gtg with 250 test e every week. asin as recomended is also good stuff.
 
It seems like you have definitely been doing research. You have a few months before summer so continue to train hard, eat big, and get plenty of rest. You have time to get your diet down to a tee(ish) and to continue doing more research. Everyone here has been giving good advice so no need to step in on aas dosages. Just continue to see where you can push it natty while you can. IMO. Good luck and let us know when you take the leep.:eek:
 
i cant wait..... reallly.. i will need to make up my mind about what dosages to run with but like i said saftey is my main concern.... and at least 10-15 soild lbs...............


will keep you updated on progres.... as of now.. i am on working wiht alex a and am on a mod carb low fat high protien diet.. i am consitnly getting stronger and leaning out nicely even with the moderate carbs in the diet... i am thinking when we get closer to summer and cycle time i will drop all carbs and go keto.... or carb cycle type bulk .... all healthy fats... this should aid in the fat loss department the bloat dept, and muscle building process... the only thing i got to get down is enough sleep.......

i am currently on a 3 day split.....
 
look through my posts....and try to find my posts about my first cycle. it was a 250mg of test e per week cycle. it was critiqued by a lot of the fellas on the board. i had to start taking adex, but otherwise, i gained some good size and strength.
 
thanks diesel...did ypou experience test flu?? my immune system is pretty weakkk to begin with... is this dose related?

I agre with Phidias but wouldn't start the A until around the third week..You want that initial high estro to kick things off..
 
There are a slew of over the counter diuretics that work well with bloat, low salt diet etc....
U r talking about a bulking cycle? u r gonna bloat, especially on Test + EQ will give u a healthy appetite.
Wait until u are done with your cycle before u worry about bloat
 
well it wouldnt be classified as a bulk per say because i am loooking cycle begining of june on.....and want to be ripped for summer ....i am dieting down now to get a really nice base to start with.. i figure another quality 5-7 lbs of pure fat tocome off if possible before that time and then kick the cycle off.....
 
i would stick to 250-375mg tops.. then start the adex only if you need it...


i gained 20lbs and held on to 14-15lbs with only 250mg a week of test e

i think it was only 8-10 weeks also
 
awesome ...that sounds likea plan...i reLLY DONT WANT TO OVERDUE IT... like i said i am a pussy when it comes to sdies so i probably will experience some.....now a question i have is... should i split a 250 mg dose up into two shots to keep my blood levels stable or just shoot it once a week? and also if anyone can answer is test flu is dose dependant

i think the flu is dose dependent, don't sweat the flu bro you may not even get it..

250 once a week will be fine your first time around
 
im getting crazy excited ......hcg at 500ius a week should do correct?
