I have been following the "Growth Principals For Beginners" and am loving it. I am 2 month mark and have experienced HUGE gains in strength and mass. Would it be ok to take a full week off every 2 months or so. I am thinking it is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to overtraining. If i took this week every once and a while i would assure that i am always fully ready for my workouts. Thanks!
