Hey Guys,

I have been following the "Growth Principals For Beginners" and am loving it. I am 2 month mark and have experienced HUGE gains in strength and mass. Would it be ok to take a full week off every 2 months or so. I am thinking it is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to overtraining. If i took this week every once and a while i would assure that i am always fully ready for my workouts. Thanks!
 
Depends on how your body feels brother......If you're joints are sore and you feel like you need it off take it off.....but remember this....the people who look the same year around under train because they are scared that they are overtraining....with the right diet and supplement plan and following what big a said you already have a good path to success....So just go how your body feels
