My buddy is competing on Sat. This is his first competition. He looks to be about 6%, and he's been there for a couple weeks.
It's now Monday. What should he do from now until the weigh-in on Friday and posing on Saturday?
He's in incredible shape, but what does he need to do to get his skin shrink-wrapped about his muscle between now and then?
Btw, he's taking tren and winny daily through the competition. Dropped the test and eq a couple/few weeks ago. Okay?
