Its all Trader Joes ingredients:
1 Can of Trader Joes brand Cuban Style Black Beans
1 Can of Trader Joes brand regular black beans
1/2 bag of the frozen Trader Joes pre-cooked Brn Rice
1 package of the Trader Joes "Just Chicken" precooked chicken breasts in the salad/cooler section of the store
Add a little LOVE, and heat it all up in the skillet.
I like to add Red Hot sauce!!!!
For the low carb days you can cut back on the rice and beans as you feel necessary.
