DAMN, some of those are horrible. The last one's just hilarious, so's the one where the guy's using the little wal-mart bench and he cant get out from under it because he put like a hundred 5 lb weights on each side LOL. Most of those could've been avoided: the number one mistake made in the weightroom...too much weight.
