Well before I started this cycle I got my whole way of training changed by a good member of this board. He has my hitting each bodypart twice a week H.I.T. style. I have always trained volume training all my life.
Well training this way is awsome my muslces already look bigger, harder and seem ALOT more full. My strength really hasn't taken off like I thought (I am backup to hitting 405 on bench for 2 on my last set, usually I am around 4). But I seem to be putting on alot mor size.
I started my cycle the same time right now I am at 800mgs of t200 a week 500mgs of deca a week and 40mgs of D-ball.
My weight has went up from 221 to a strong 228 when I weighted myself yesterday and it is alittle less than 2 weeks into the cycle. All this and my waist has went down so I am feeling pretty damn good now.
I have gained this much and I haven't even added isulin yet on this cycle cause I workout too late at night I couldn't even think od were I will be once I and it.
