Not training for a show or anything, but I'm trying to get as lean as possible (basically doing a show in my head). I'm pretty close to where I want to be as far as leanness - if I had to guess, I'd say I was 4-5 weeks out. How should I be training when muscle retention is the main goal? Do you guys do lots of different exercises per body part in the 10-12 rep range? Or just focus on main lifts? How about heavy, low-rep work?
