My training direction has changed recently. I've competed in PL most of my life and recently decided to switch to Strongman. Part of the decision was related to my piss poor physical condition. I have ended up all fat and out of shape even though I'm still quite strong.

I have woked jobs the were very physical in nature for most of my life. That kept me in great condition and relatively lean for someone whose been over 300lbs for many years. Now I work in sales so the physical part of work is gone.

My training has gone from 3 days per week to 6 in an effort to peel off the flab and get back what I once had. I'm going to start a training log thread to document what's going on. Everyone else is welcome to start one too. Just post our workouts in the same thread that you start.

I might just make the training logs a sticky. For example "Iceman's Training Log". You can post all of your workouts in your own log for now. I'll see if I can make a Training Log Forum. I think a separate forum would be a good idea just to make the other forums less cluttered.

I will post my weeks workouts every sunday because my free time is somewhat limited.
