Training Frequency when dieting.......

WHats up fellas? Its been a while. Anyways, I was curious, when dieting how many times a week do you guys prefer to work out a muscle group? Im just worried about overtraining or losing too much muscle while Im trying to do this. Ive never been lower than probably 14-15% BF...and I want to see my abs damnit!!! I also just want to see how vascular I am at a low BF. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks guys -StOrY
 
After one year under Vicotr Munoz supervision, i can tell you bro..."there is no overtraining" , i have been training 2 times a day plus 2 cardios a day for a year almost monday to friday.

Of course i get tired and when i am really fatigued almost to get overtrained , i do take 3 days off; it may happen every 20 to 25 days, some times with only take 2 days is ok, some times you need the 3 days, i also work from 5:30 am to 8 pm with my clients so naps and supplementation is very important.

Some other times you realize the cardio is hurting you and you cant recuperate so you just rest from cardio 2 to 3 days.

But we train my week points every 4 days very strong, i am very happy with my progress so i hope to look very good next saturday and dont dissapoint you guys, my sponsors PM, Synthetek and MHP, Victor Munoz and all the effort my wife is been doing to help me achive my goals.
