WHats up fellas? Its been a while. Anyways, I was curious, when dieting how many times a week do you guys prefer to work out a muscle group? Im just worried about overtraining or losing too much muscle while Im trying to do this. Ive never been lower than probably 14-15% BF...and I want to see my abs damnit!!! I also just want to see how vascular I am at a low BF. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks guys -StOrY
