I got back from Vegas on Monday night and Tuesday started to feel like crap. Trained legs on Tuesday, ate some dinner and went to bed, felt pretty bad. Woke up wednesday morning with a bad head cold, and just generally felt horrible. Didn't work out. I still feel bad today, but better then yesterday. What's your guys take on training if you are sick?
