i was thinking that training 2 times a day like big body parts
there will be 12 hours in between the work outs.
my work out will not be more that 45-1hours max
Monday morning chest front shoulder
Monday night back back shoulder
Tuesday morning legs
Tuesday night arms
Wednesday and weekends off
Thursday and Friday
i will do i over again just what i did in the morning i will do a night.
i eat well sleep well i do drugs.
is this to much?? this is off season traning. just wanna do something new.
and i am gettign 3days full rest.
