If your pinning eod in your glutes only you are asking for problems. Keep trying the quads out and you'll find your sweet spot. Delts seem to get a lil sore on me but I personally feel that you have to have a good rotation. I use the Vent gluteal to.
Ok...pinned 1.5ml tren a U L QUAD using 3cc 23 1 1/4G (maybe a little long), yesterday. Nice and sore today. Only a minor limp. Sure is hard to find my sweet spot. Gonna use slin pins next, (1ml spread front, side, rear) Flippin delts better lookout.
