I have been eating this lately for breakfast, I have been eating healthy for the majority of my life so I always try to find new ways to make the same food taste good. I think this is really good tasting and its very healthy.
Just mix the following and microwave for 30 seconds:
plain oat meal (I use about 1c to 1.5c)
splenda packet (or 2)
cinnamon powder
1 scoop of your chocolate whey (lately I've been using the choclate stuff from cosco)
1/3 - 1/2 cup of this yogurt:
too much whey or yogurt changes the taste too much in my opinion. There are several local grocery stores that make their own version of this yogurt if you don't have a ralphs near you its .50 cents and has 14g of protein, 4 carbs, and 1.5 fat for a 6oz container, but I only use 2-3oz in my oat meal.
