I need some help with a good bulking diet.. I'm about 165 I wake up at 5 in the morn. to start getting ready for work I usually have a shake about 5:30 I eat a bagel with sausage and egg about 9:00 my lunch at 12, a shake before workout at 245 a shake after my workout dinner about 7:00 and A 12 HR PROBOLIC SR before bed but I dont seem to be getting anywhere....Any suggestions
