This one is my favorite way to get extra protein in the morning..
2-4 eggs
1 can tuna (drained)
onion powder
garlic powder
salt
pepper
Beat eggs first then add tuna, pinch of onion powder and garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
The key to making an omlet is to get the pan really hot before adding the mixture (eggs dont stick to A hot pan).
You can use olive oil or pam spray olive oil. I like butter but just be aware of the fat.
