kscowboy, I tried it and added a little cholula to spice it up..version one that is..didn't have the sack to try with potatoes.
Tried thai curry turkey came out good. 3/4 cup brown jasmine rice in rice steamer, 1 potato cut up, 12 baby carrots all on top of the rice while steaming, steamer has a cool little screen to seperate rice from veggies.
nuked then sauteed 3/4 lb leftover turkey in a teflon pan..added 2 cups lowfat milk, 2 cubes T&B hot golden curry, simmered, added sriachi chili paste, added potatos and carrots, simmer.. dump on rice. damn good, only spent 5-7 minutes in the kitchen.
