Hey all, thought I' give ya an update on my contest prep. I'm 5 weeks out and right on schedule. I was a little concerned after my vegas trip but, everything has fallen right back into place. Switched up my diet a little, took out the ground beef added more chicken and filet mignon. Also dropped my carbs to around 80-100. Protein is around 400g. Probably will step it up another notch after this week. I'll try and post some pics this week, as I'm starting to get pretty tight and I've started tanning so I won't look too bad. I'm staying focused, but getting hungry! Take care.
