I am having a problem with my upper/mid back. IMO it appears alittle softer than the front of my body (chest, delts, arms). I already have pretty good thickness and wideness what I want to work on this winter is bringing out more of the muscles in upper/mid back. Currently workout wise I am doing this.
Chins/ Pull-ups 3/4 sets of 10
Barbell Rows 3 sets
Seated cable rows with a wide handle bar for 3 sets 10-12
Wide grip lat pulldowns 3 sets 12-15
Any suggestions? Currently I am floating aro und I would guess 10% BF
