It's been awhile since I have ran var. I got a buddy that is using some and is holding some sub q water.
I can't remember if this is common or not. I beleive var fills your muscles up with glycogen and makes them full and round. So it would make sense to hold very little.
When he first started he gained 1.4lbs. So it tells me it's common. I appreciate the help
