I think what you're referring to is just the lighting in that shot. I thought the same thing, until I looked a bit closer.

Nah man, that's clearly Gyno... lol .. even in the second picture you can slightly see it, but here's a close up of the first one. Lights never made my titties look like THESE titties. They almost look suckable.

I don't know about some of you guys, but in the off season I hold some fat and water in that area...once I diet a few weeks it's gone...doesn't mean I have gyno.
