Vitargo does sound like a good addition, but i wouldnt base my entire post workout shake around it. Since its through your system and into your blood so damn fast, and u have 100g vitargo in there, there is NO WAY your body will be able to utalize all that, maybe half. Now if you combine it with differnt fast absorption timing carbs, youl still get the inslulin spike but ul also get a better absorption rate of the carbs to replenish glycogen stores.
Im thinking along the lines of 35g Vitargo, 35g Dextrose, 35g Maltodextrine. Throw in 5-10g BCAAs, Glutamine and Creatine, then drink ur 70g Whey Isolate shake 10min later while the slin spike is still goin, BAM perfect Post Workout Recovery plan.
