Personally, To get ripped the easiest and quickest, I suggest
1. Cardio on an empty stomach or after drinking 1 scoop of whey
2. Lift 3-5 days per week.
3. Cut out the crap if u made it to this website u know what crap is.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water ED
5. Eat Veggies
6. Write what u eat down estimate calories.
7. Weight yourself 1 time per week. Every day just drives me crazy
8. One day a week, or one meal have what u are craving. I usally go out to a nice dinner with the MRS, have a few drinks, and enjoy myself, then its back to normal.
