I'm thinking ill hire someone, but what I was thinking of doing was adding in teste + dbol and upping protein/ pre/intra/post carbs and increase rest periods during workout and switch to t.prop and winny 4-6 weeks out.
Don't count on gaining 10 -15 lbs while getting ready for a show. You have a good base and are on the right track about hiring someone to guide you through the process of getting show shape.
As discouraging as it can be to see the numbers go down on the scale, there is no denying that conditioning is what gets you a trophy in most local shows. Hire a trainer, follow his prep plan and ignore what your friends say about your physique unless they have a few competitions under their belt.
Dude you are going the wrong way, Lose, Lose and lose because you ain't gonna gain 10-15lbs and look good, this is just my 22 year advice, Anyway GOODLUCK no matter what you decide.
