I was shocked when I calculated my total calories intake, because I was thinking that I'm consuming at least 4500-5000 cals a day. I think this happens to everyone who's just says that he is eating A LOT, but don't know why he is not growing...Everyone who thinks he needs to up their dosage to grow, check your diet twice, maybe more cals ir all you need to grow.

2sc whey, 2tbsp npb,banana
