Hmm
Like most of you I have a job and goto school so drinking amazing amounts of water is hard, and takes some planning. I usally drink as much as I can , but I have alittle schedule. Upon waking I have 2 glasses, then I have one with each meal, and 2 bottles of water during my workout. Lots of peeing but keeps the pee clear, and wether or not it doesnt anything it seems to be healthy.
