Ways to help with depression?

Some days are better than others but today i feel terrible and just cant seem to shake my depression.I didnt get but maybe 5 hours sleep last nite and also on cycle using tren and syno test and not really sure if its propionate or tne.I figure both these reasons play a part in causing my depression to be worse today than others.Any tips to help relieve the depression?

What is the focus of your depression, changes in your living situation, woman trouble or just free form general depression?

Generic ambien help for sleep.
I think lonliness based depression.
2 meals of 1.5whole boiled eggs,3 egg whites,1 cup oatmeal.
2 meals 1 cup cottage cheese mixed with 1/2 cup yogurt.
2 meals 100g salmon with either crackers or a diff carb to get 150cal carb.
2 meals 112gchicken or turkey with 1 cup white rice.
750cal post workout shake of roughly 60g protein120carb only on workout days.
Also take 300mg walmart sleep aids with just stuff they add to help sleep in tylenol pms.

Are you getting out intothe community? Take a class, get a group based hobby, or dance lessons. DUDE...go get into a salsa class and you will not be lonesome long.
Any changes in your diet lately? Weight gain or loss?

Are you taking the Ambien and the generic walmart sleep aids too?
Lots of people have had issues with Ambien.
Maybe drop off all that and go with a single med.
I like ZMA.
 
start taking 10-15g fish oil /dayand b-complex
 
find some thing that makes you happy. once you start to get down focus on that thing. if its an activity that puts a smile on your face do that. oddly some times playing a video game can help to. got to be a really violent one that you can like tear some ones head off. usualy helps most ppl i know laughing at wierd video game violence.
 
For me it is about people.

Only something as dynamic and expressive as another can pull me up once I start to spiral.

I had a bad morning Weds. Thinking all the wrong thoughts. Stepped outside the office listened to my iPod - still no good. It just got worse.

I tried to pull out of it a bit and headed back upstairs.
In the hallway a bit later I caught a brief glimpse around the corner of the girl I mention elsewhere in this sub-forum. She quickly backpedaled and gave me a quick, sweet "Hi".

Totally changed my mood.

I know it is an exaggerated example as this girl has a greater than normal affect on me, but the idea is the same. Good friends, a little joking and laughing can make all the difference.

I think it had alot to do with the lack of sleep because i got plenty last nite and have felt great today.I do get depressed quite a bit and it seems some days i just feel like a different person.Im gonna try harder to get plenty of sleep and stop a few bad habits that probaly helps bring on the depressing moods.

I bought 100ml b12-1000mcg/ml and 100ml b complex i plan to use 1/2ml each day injected sub-q.Think this helps improve someones state of mind?Seems i heard it may give a general feeling of well being.

I am not a doctor, just sharing my personal experience as I have had depressions and anxiety for sometime. The best way to get over anxiety and depression is to take a break from your regular schedule, go out, and take good sleep. This helps in clearing the mind and try consulting a specialist who can suggest you as how you can get over your problem. There are various prescription drugs to get over anxiety and depression, but these should only be used in accordance with the instruction of a physician. Rather than going on drugs, one should look for the reason behind there problem . Keeping your self busy and changing the schedule also helps sometimes to get over stress and depression.
 
I think you should try and surround yourself with with positive people and set yourself goals as sometimes in life alot of people suffer from depression through lack of acheivement, or perhaps try changing your mindset by reading some anthony robbins {truly motivational} If this does is not your thing then try find other ways of distracting your mind from the fact that you are feeling down by perhaps doing something different to the norm each day like something you would nt normally do! Forfill your life with happiness bro as lifes to short to be feeling down in the dumps, go for it and make the most of your life and live each day like its your last!
 
Ambien made me worse! The best thing I have found for depression is Stablon, L-tyrosine and NADH. As for sleep, L-Theanine works great
 
I hated Ambien. I mean I slept great, but the sides were not worth it. Go with some natural stuff. GABA, valerian root, and melatnonin work great. Like Mrs. Bapper said, surround yourself with good people. Go visit family and friends. Heck even go see a couple of flicks by yourself. I went through a tough bout a few years ago and went to Detroit Tigers game by myself. Picked me right up. If none of this works, I would consider talking to a counsellor. Do you have anything bottled up that you should be talking about??? Sometimes it helps bro to just let it out and let go.
 
seriously, check out Stablon (tieneptine) it is a
selective seritonin reuptake ENHANCER, not inhibitor like others. It is THE only antidepressant I would ever recommend to anyone. It has a higher success rate with comming off it, it is a cognitive enahncer, it has been shown to be the safest as well as the most effective.

Try that with L-theanine and L-huperzine A.

50-100 mcg of L-huperzine
100-200 mg L-theanine taken throughout the day and 200-600 taken prior to bed.
