Turnibol that is....

i do not have a clue as to what is up with this shiz... I've heard that 1 cap every 8-12 hours is the dosage and never to exceed 4 tabs in a 24 hour period.... i dont even know what the application is for this drug...anybody shed some light on this for me??
 
W.A.R suggests 40mg / day in 2-3 doses. If yours are the same as mine they are 25mg caps. I'll be taking 2 caps/ day in 2 doses.
 
Isn't this the same stuff that *P offers? I assume what warmachine has is not as they're caps?!?
