Weird trouble with falling asleep? help please

so for the past few cycles, I've had this weird problem with falling asleep. I train fairly early in the afternoon and Im exhausted by the time i get home at night. Right after I go to sleep I get this strange feeling that Im falling, then I wake up and then my heart rate goes up making it impossible to fall asleep for quite sometime. This only happens to me during my cycle. What could this be and why does it happen only when im falling asleep? Has anyone else had issues with this? any help would be appreciated.

I've had this before and noticed that it ways always when I was sleeping on my back. Started sleeping on my stomach and no problems!

If you're using an oral i'd say also start taking your last days dose further away from bed time.
 
i've noticed this more and more with this eq cycle and now that i added oral tren to the mix forget about it.i get the same feeling too,the falling part and not being able to get back to sleep properly.i think i read somewhere that said a slight elevation in bp may have something to do with it.i've never noticed it before except if i happened to take my test shot right before bed but that hasn't been in a long time.
 
yes stay away from doing late and try melatonin I take it an hour before bed and I'm out even on clen and var.... designate a good routine before bed...is it during the beginning of your cycles middle end?

In the past I ran a test cyp, eq, and tren ace cycle and it did the same thing to me. It got worse around mid cycle and lasted till the end of cycle. I did usually pin right before bed. I never tried morning pinz. Good idea.

I was going to guess sleep apnea, and in calfmaster's case it certainly sounds like it. Sleeping on your back makes you much more prone to have your airways close up. I had a speep study done and thats the first thing the doc told me was in my favor. I never sleep on my back. She thought if I did though, that I may have problems.

wow thats weird. I think we nailed it on the head. Right now Im running eq and enan. I've also been pinning pretty close to bedtime. I'll switch things around and see how that works. It also happens midway through my cycle and until about a week after at most. I considered sleep apnea as well, but I was pretty sure it was my bp or something related. we'll see. I wonder if this is one of eq's sides that i havent really heard of? Thanks for the input everyone.

im on slin, igf, mast, tren ent, test enth, test base, deca nan, t3 , dbol, anadrol,

i thought it was the cytomel, but maybe not? it happens a couple weeks into thecycle i take an ambien and that doesnt even do shit sometimes, im thinking of seeing a sleep specialist, also maybe trying benzos? any oter substances that is known here in my list for inhibiting sleep
 
I run GABA 3 days on 2 days off to help me sleep. Work your way up to 3 or 4 grams right before bed. You will feel a slight tingle and rush over your body, then you will relax and get some nice heavy sleep. I say to work your way up because if you go over your key dose you will have about 5 minutes of heavy breathing and heart racing, not the end of the world, but a little scary the first time you do too much. I have run it on and off cycle with no issues.
