Phil, thanks for the praises and thanks to the rest for the warm welcoming!

To let everyone know, Phil peaked my interested in this forum on bodybuilding and fitness.

Because of my respect for Phil's extensive knowledge and experience, I knew that if he recommended this site there could be a lot to be gained by participating.

Thanks to all for the great welcome and I hope I can measure up!
