Thanks for the warm welcome guys! I think Phil gets carried away sometimes though. He has helped me enormously over the last year or so. I have had greater gains in muscle mass in 12 months by listening to him than in the past few years. I had been so caught up doing everything with flawless form I was blinded to the ability of the human body to grow by just lifting heavy weights and eating right. I follow the principle of rest = growth. Train less, rest more. I appreciate all the help you offer; I always listen to everyone with an open ear.
