Im gonna have fun and take lots of vids offseason. This will def include 75+ lateral raises, 6 plate cybex press' and probably 3+ plate smith press', and il see if i can handle any dumbell press' (bad shoulder injury keeps me from freeweight shoulder press') but im sure i can do 110+ for higher reps
