I Think a good west side routine would work great for my lil brother who plays football. He loves to lift heavy and do exercises like bench squat and deadlifts. Where can i find a good West side routine. I did a few searches but only found articles that discussed this kind of training. I'm not too familiar with this stuff so i'm in the dark. Are these routines good for size gains as well as strength?
