Hey fellas

I need a lil help

I Think a good west side routine would work great for my lil brother who plays football. He loves to lift heavy and do exercises like bench squat and deadlifts. Where can i find a good West side routine. I did a few searches but only found articles that discussed this kind of training. I'm not too familiar with this stuff so i'm in the dark. Are these routines good for size gains as well as strength?
 
he will grow as long as he eats. but it wont be the same as a high volume routine in the mags or whatever. go to www.elitefts.com the have several journals to flip through, and if u cant pick it up on that u may need to order a video.

there is a guy who has had a lot of success training young athletes using a variation of westside. he says that most kids dont have enough overall muscle to develop significabt limit strength, so there is more work for size, put in on the speed day. check it out, i think it will work well for him. its at **broken link removed**

I think this kind of training will work good for him. he is more of a powerlifter at heart.

Still 16 years old, has lost some weight since football started. hes about 170 or less right now and bench over 300 lbs. barely lifting now cuz of football and still pressin those numbers.
