I beleive carb cycling means when you load ur selves up with carbs(still clean carbs). As when i do cutting cycles i do a carbload every 4-5 days. So im low on carbs for 4-5 days then I do 1 do of carb loading so my body doesnt think im in starvation mode and I wont plateua on my diet. Some people have a cheat day or a cheat meal(pizza) just for a surplus of calories for a day to make sure you dont plateau on your diet. I hope im right,pls feel free to correct me
