What is Carb cycling and Interval Cardio?

Could you please give a few examples ?
 
I beleive carb cycling means when you load ur selves up with carbs(still clean carbs). As when i do cutting cycles i do a carbload every 4-5 days. So im low on carbs for 4-5 days then I do 1 do of carb loading so my body doesnt think im in starvation mode and I wont plateua on my diet. Some people have a cheat day or a cheat meal(pizza) just for a surplus of calories for a day to make sure you dont plateau on your diet. I hope im right,pls feel free to correct me

Solid Advice^
 
carb cycling is a great way to lower you bf %.Interval cardio is a balance between high intensity and low intesity cardio.I will put the tred mill at level 10 and blast as fast as i can for 2 or 3 minutes then lower it and slow it down until i get my wind back and heart rate down then crank it up again.Sometimes will run for a few mintues then walk for a few.Great way to get your body to burn fat especially if you do it in the am on an empoty stomach.What i found works for me is to get up and mix 15gr bcaa's with some liquid l-carnitine and take 200mg caffiene tab.Crank out 30 to 40 minutes of cardio.Great way to styart the day.
