I may be off on this, but has anyone else ever noticed that when you're dieting for too long, you feel weak, or just tired, as if something is off?
Even if you're taking in vitamins, and EFA's, it feels as if you need more?
Then you have a burger, fries, maybe a pizza and you feel great! Why is that? Not only that, but every single time that I do eat some garbage, I look better too!
I have been thinking about this for quite some time now. My older brothers were powerlifters and they ate only crap! Rarely did they eat anything clean, refried beans, fried chicken, pizza, etc.
Then I read the "shit-load" principle on Synthetek's page and it made a lot of sense to me as well.
I'm not advocating eating only crap, but what is it about the crap that makes us feel so good?
