I had a beautiful dream this morning about the most amazing girl I’ve ever known, the love of my life. She passed away and I miss her so much! It’s truly a special gift when she comes to visit me in my dreams.

I am happy today because i can walk again and i can train again.
It’s a gorgeous day outside today! I’m just happy to be alive and well and in a lot less pain than i was last month.

It will be the begin of new week, let's embrace and enjoy what we have.

That I felt good at work today , and have a job where I am making money.

That I have great food. A great house to live in thats very very convient , near my gym, near by work, and around grocery stores, places to eat, gas etc

That I have great parents that support and help me out. That I can tell my mom anything if i want to. That I have great insurance. That I have a good running vehicle. Good neighbors. Good co workers. A cat I love

My boy caught a screen pass in football. Zig zagged and juked and broke it off for 85 yards and a touchdown. Runs thru the end zone and hands me the ball, gives me a high five and said wait here after the game I need some money for the carnival.

Woke up after sleeping in on a long weekend, made a huge breakfast with the wife and got to just sit at home and relax all day with the woman and fur babies lol Ate what ever we wanted and just enjoyed a nice family day. I appreciate a day like that more then anything. Hopefully you all enjoyed your holiday long weekend. Ready to get up tomorrow and have a great week!

That I trained with a friend, twelve yeaars older than I, that I havent seen in like eleven years, and we did some chest together.

that my mom loves me and helped me out enormously, as does my dad.

That I ate moms cooking today, ravoli, seafood salad, banana cream pudding. Corn with garlic butter , some black berry pie dipped in banana pudding.

This wonderful life a great house and neighborhood. Freedom, great insurance, That I have a gym close to my house, that I ca ride by bike too if I want.

That I have a good running and looking Jeep Patriot
That I approached two girls today. one on gym , she was 43 , her boyfriend came over, and we talked a bit. Socializing is nice

That I approached a twenty five year old blonde that works for a law firm and talked with her.

That I messaged a good looking girl o plenty of fish and complimented her, and she said Awww, Thank you

That I worked for a great supplement company

That I have a nice job that works well for me

That my confidence seems higher than it has been in some time
