So i started my cycle last week,trained hard,ate well,hit the scales on the Sunday and iv gone up 2.1 kg in my first week,iv been taking 3-4iu daily just before training.
so whats there to expect in my second week,is there anything i should perhaps change? or should i just keep at what has worked so far,cheers.
