Protein powder, Liv52, and maybe an anti-oxidant like vitamin E and ALA. ALA's also good for your liver, some people say it messes with their bloodsugar but I don't see any of that. Don't waste money on multi-vitamin's since there's very small amounts of vit's in them anyway and if you're eating enough food you should be alright. I do take extra zinc for T-levels though. Creatine will give short lived gains in strength and fullness. I use 5g of Arginine and 5g Glutamine in the morning and before bed.

I agree...you need a good multi vit. I take a multi and extra vit c. As far as your protein......it all depends on what other kinds of foods that you're taking in while trying to lean down. If you're keeping your carbs at a minimum and they're good carbs(brown rice, oats, sweet potatoes) Then you should be fine at 300g. If you're not concerned about weight or dieting, then eat eat eat eat all the protein you can. Take care.
Your goal should be to "stay at" 180 # and "lose" bodyfat!
Taking a "good" multi-vitamin throughout the day is important. For "increasing mass" you should be taking in at least 350g protein with 400 being preferable!
Whey isolate and your liver supps should be all that you need. An anti-oxydant won't go astray either, but that's it. Most importantly, EAT!
You eat right, you won't need supplements, apart from the ones mentioned above.
