Where should competitors inject?

I think I’ve hit every muscle group besides calves. Traps were honestly easy and not much pip afterwards either.

I hit each individual ab muscle before. I would not recommend it but I was experimenting on new sites.

Does anybody heat their gear up before injecting? I definitely think this helps avoid knots.

I use a blow dryer,nothing crazy simply heat up to body temperature.

Certain sites I have poor reach aka hard to press the plunger I’ll heat it up.
Quads are my favorite. I can push cold gear in a 3ml syringe through a 27g needle. Makes me very happy.
