So...I am throwing this out there for the sole purpose of helping someone that might "think" he/she knows...but learned the hard way.
I believe that I am eating "clean"...I space out my meals, cut out all junk...pay particular interest to 40/40/20...I can have a bit of a sweat tooth so sometimes it is not easy for me...but I am really doing well. I read a post and get a site that will assist me in nutritional needs and were my eyes opened.
I beleived that I was in and around the 40% carbs, 40% Protien and 20% fat range what I found out was that I was in the 65% carbs, 20% and 15% fat...GGGGGRRRRRR
So I then broke down what I eat through the day and starting tomorrow I will be on track for 30% carbs, 50% protien and 20% fat...
Leason learned...
Goal...is to harden/tighten up before a winter movie session.
