Has anyone watched this?

It's on Netflix

I've been watching this on the train from home to work the last few days, almost done.

Before I add my .2cents worth, for those who have watched this, what's your take?

It seems these doctors (top doctors in there field) are suggesting what most people on this board (including me) in terms of diet, that we have it all wrong and that we are the ones that will be pre-depostioned with diabetes, heart failure and in chronic pain.

Digest notes on what I gathered thus far:

meat kills, cholesterol kills, saturated fat kills, eggs kill and specifically chicken is the worst thing to eat, GMO or not.

Apprently carbohydrates and sugar have nothing to do with causing diabetes, as per these docs.

I would like to hear from the brighter minds.

Eggs don't kill. The oldest living woman credited her longevity to the fact she ate 3 raw eggs every single day of her life.

Oh, I know.

I find this video pushing a vegan lifestyle which I'm wondering what's in it for them (the docs), usally these typed of vids are pushing dairy consumption and there's always money involved, however, there pushing meat free life

Just wondering what the Doctors agenda's are.

The incredibly whiny voice of the presenter made me turn it off after ten minutes, it reminded me of the guy on this board who keeps saying gluten is going to kill us any minute now.

The bit I did watch was awful but proves that studies can prove anything

Most of these doctors don't know a thing about nutrition. They really have no mandatory prerequisites to take any nutritional classes 0-60 hours from what I understand, and even if they did, I'm more apt to think that there would be some nutritional dogma like in this film with an agenda to push.
