For optimal fat loss, 4iu per day 7x per week is best. That creates the best accumulated dose of gh in your system. I recommend 2iu immediately upon rising, 1/2 hour before breakfast. I then recommend the second 2iu injection pwo. I don't do gh injects at night because your body will release a lot of gh while sleeping so in essence you will get more free gh each day. For further fat loss, I highly recommend you take gh fragments 200mcg each night at bedtime. They will not interfere with the release of your natural production of gh because the peptide chain is too short and they are isolate for fat loss.

Fat oxidation was most pronounced taken after meals were fully digested, this suggests late night dosing before bed might be the best time to take it for that purpose.
