what time do you take you HGH injections?

Post workout. Works for me......
 
I take mine first thing in the AM for a few reasons
1) if I take it in the PM I can't sleep for shit
2) Your natural GH production is most active when your sleeping so taking it
prior to sleep is said to suppress your natural production.
3) its active life is said to be around 15hrs that would have it working all day
for you.

I can't make certain that the second two are correct but I know that the first one definatly worked for me I sleep much better now.
 
Depends on your goals, I can recommend a lot of effective ways to time your gh intake but if really depends on what you want to do.

I would have too say daily mutli shots for fat loss mabe in 2iu spurts taken troughout the day and large dose 10iu+ blasts for muscle gain.
 
Big Bapper has been doing his reading and research!!!

For optimal fat loss, 4iu per day 7x per week is best. That creates the best accumulated dose of gh in your system. I recommend 2iu immediately upon rising, 1/2 hour before breakfast. I then recommend the second 2iu injection pwo. I don't do gh injects at night because your body will release a lot of gh while sleeping so in essence you will get more free gh each day. For further fat loss, I highly recommend you take gh fragments 200mcg each night at bedtime. They will not interfere with the release of your natural production of gh because the peptide chain is too short and they are isolate for fat loss.

For bulking, still to this day I have not found a better protocol than the weekly dose divided into 3 equal injects pwo. So if you were doing 4iu per day, that is rounded to 30iu per week. Take that dose and divide into 3 equal pwo shots of 10 iu. Mass gains are almost immediate, you will not have to wait to see the benefits of gh like you do with daily low dose injects but fat loss is pretty minimal as well.

What difference did you see with this bulking protocol? What was different than daily shots? Bloat/strength/musclegain/appetite/ etc???
 
There was a research study done a while back that I just read about the other day in a BB magazine.

It showed GH was 30% better for fat loss if taken on an empty stomach and without any food. This being said, the best time for fat loss would be 1-2 hours (or longer) after your last meal of the day and before you go to bed.

When GH was used with food or right after a meal it still increased metabolism but overal fat loss was considerably less.

I will look for the info and post it up when I find it

A noticeable increase in lean mass, water retention and the ability to eat a ton of carbs and process them efficiently without gaining fat.

I'm 46 yrs old, do you still think HGH injects at night is a bad idea ?
Can Hexarelin, and HGH be used at the same time,say in place of gh fragments?

What if you split your weeks up and did the following
1st wk 10iu day mon,wed,fri total 30iu
2nd wk 4iu day split dose mon,tue,wed,thur,fri sat,sun total 28iu
3rd wk same as wk 1
4th wk same as wk 2
and so on
also if you work out in the morning do you do gh upon rising or after
workout if doing everyday?

4 iu ED and fragments at night ,has done wonders for fat loss for me. Semi clean diet and NO cardio I dropped a pants size already.

Fat oxidation was most pronounced taken after meals were fully digested, this suggests late night dosing before bed might be the best time to take it for that purpose.

as per doctors orders , before bed ! 10iu jintropin... At one time I used the serostim .. I also know a few guys that have scripts for it and they were told before bed also...

but to each his own right..

Personally I do gh before bed then IGF1 before training, it works wonders for me... But thats me !
 
Hey Gavin , I'm thinking about upping my does and splitting it like you reccomend 2iu/am and 2iu/pwo and the 200mcg at bed time but I was wondering since I workout late (finish at 5pm) and go to bed around 9pm if their would be any problems with that?
I'm using 3.3iu's ed first ting in the am about 45-60min before breakfast if I up the dose and split it will the sides increase much?

Also how many iu's is 200 mcg?

With the Mass inclined manner, what effects, if any, will 10IU / Shot x 3 a week have on the distended stomach...? ie if you dont have it, will the higher dose protocol start this?
