if your goal is mass gains i woul train 1 muscle once a week but with intensity!i mean about 18-20 per muscle with less than 1 minute rest between the sets.and no its not too much if your on gear. i get the best gains by this rutine but obviously you have got to be on something or u cant keep up with this.if your on a cutting cycle training one muscle twice per week would be fine and it will also give more fatloss.
